Rihab Kola, born and raised in Dubai to Indian parents and now rooted in Orlando, brings a deep appreciation for diversity and service to her role as President of Siraat. While professionally qualified in Nuclear Medicine Technology, she has dedicated over a decade to nonprofit leadership, including serving as Convert Care Coordinator and Board Member of the Muslim Women’s Organization.
Inspired by her father’s legacy of community leadership, Rihab is passionate about building spaces where Muslims of all backgrounds feel they belong. As the proud mother of three and wife of a supportive husband, she understands the importance of faith-centered family life and strives to create opportunities for families to learn, connect, and grow together.
Under Rihab’s leadership, the monthly “Family Halaqa” gatherings were born, intimate evenings of fun, learning, and connection for local Muslim families. Over time, these gatherings grew organically into what is now Siraat, a vibrant and trusted community initiative rooted in the Islamic tradition.
Her vision for Siraat is one of warmth and excellence: a welcoming, spiritually-nourishing space where knowledge, family, and authentic community thrive together.
